1: Reserve your Date and Download the Instructions

First, you will need to pay a deposit and reserve your date (which you can do here). If your event date has already passed, we would still love to work with you! Just enter today’s date when you purchase the deposit and we will contact you as soon as possible to determine how to proceed. If you have already dried flowers, we can work with those too! Just keep in mind that they will only fit in certain pieces, as they will not work for items that need pressed flowers such as trays, coasters, trinket trays, etc.

Question: Why should I pay a deposit early?

Answer: We operate on a “first come, first served” basis. Paying a deposit ahead of your event date (when feasible) secures your spot early. If you pay a deposit and we are already fully booked for your date, we will reach out as soon as possible and cancel your order.

2: Confirm final item list

The week of your event, we will reach out to confirm a final item list. If you plan to ship your flowers to us, we do offer discounted pre-paid labels to simplify the process. Once you have confirmed the items you want and whether or not you would like a discounted label, we will send you an invoice for your remaining balance. Payment is due prior to us receiving your flowers.

3: Get your flowers to us (ASAP!)

After your event, you will need to get the flowers to us as soon as possible. If you are local to us (Howell, MI), we offer local drop-off to save on shipping. Otherwise, your flowers will need to be shipped. Packing instructions can be found in the digital download available upon paying your deposit.

4: The drying process begins

Upon receiving your flowers, we will begin drying them according to your final item list. The drying process can take from 3-4 weeks depending on the flowers and items chosen.

5: Design Mockups

After your flowers are dried, we will reach out with some design mock-ups. This is where we will send you an initial design of each of your items for your approval/desired adjustments.

6: The flowers are preserved in resin

Once you approved mock-ups, we will begin preserving your flowers in resin! This process can take 6-8 weeks depending on the items.

7: We pack up your items for shipment (YAY!)

Once your flowers are preserved in resin, we will let you know when we begin to prep your items for shipping. You will receive tracking information once your items have been shipped to you. Again, YAY! We are honored to be part of every preservation and hope you love your pieces as much as we do!
